Here, we will convert the string into lowercase using the lowercased() function and print the result on the console screen.

Output

Result:  hello world

Explanation

In the above program, we imported a package Swift to use the print() function using the below statement,

import Swift;

Here, we created a string str initialized with "Hello World". Then we converted a string str into lowercase and assigned the result into a result variable. After that, we printed the result on the console screen.
