Problem Solution:

In this program, we will create an array of integers then we will filter array elements using the select() method and print filtered elements.

Program/Source Code:

The source code to filter array elements using the select() method is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

# Ruby program to filter array elements
# using select () method

arr = [10,20,30,20,50,30];

result = arr.select { |item| item <= 30 };

print "Selected Array elements: \n",result,"\n";

Output:

Selected Array elements:
[10, 20, 30, 20, 30]

Explanation:

In the above program, we created an array arr with some elements. Then we used the select() method. The select() method is used to filter elements based on relational expression and print the result.
