C# Math.DivRem() Method

The Math.DivRem() method is used to calculate the quotient of two given numbers and it also returns the remainder in the third output parameter.

Syntax

int Math.DivRem(int dividend, int divisor, out int remainder);

Parameter(s)

  • dividend: The dividend.
  • divisor: The divisor.
  • remainder: The remainder.

Return Value

It returns quotient according to passed dividend and divisor.
