Problem Solution:

Here, we will create two sets of integer elements using the Set collection. Then we will perform intersection operation between created sets using the intersection() function.

The source code to perform intersection operation between two Set collections is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

import Swift

var FirstSet:Set<Int>  = [10, 20,30]
var SecondSet:Set<Int> = [40,20,50,60,30]

print("First set : ",FirstSet)
print("Second set: ",SecondSet)
print("Intersection of set: ",FirstSet.intersection(SecondSet))

Output:

First set :  [20, 30, 10]
Second set:  [40, 20, 60, 50, 30]
Intersection of set:  [20, 30]

...Program finished with exit code 0
Press ENTER to exit console.

Explanation:

In the above program, we imported a package Swift to use the print() function using the below statement,

import Swift

Here, we created two sets FirstSet, SecondSet that contains integer elements. Then we used the intersection() function to perform intersection operation and printed the common items of both items on the console screen.
