In this program, we will get the current weekday name using the strftime() method of Time class and print the result.

time = Time.new();
weekday = time.strftime("%A");
print "Weekday is: ",weekday;
Output:
Weekday is: Thursday
Explanation:
In the above program, we created the object of Time class and got the current weekday name using the strftime() method with "%A" as an argument and printed the result.
