RLB is an abbreviation of "Read Later".

It is an expression, which is commonly used in the Gmail platform. It is written in the subject or at the starting of the body of the email to tell the recipient that it is not a much important message and can be read later. It is basically done when a personal or informational email is sent on the business email address and it doesn't require to be read at the same moment by the recipient. If it is written in the email RLB, it means that the recipient doesn’t require to read the email immediately and can read later.
