KRA is an abbreviation of the Key Result Area/ Key Responsibility Area. It states the most significant job area or responsibility of an individual, company or organization. It alludes to particular areas of results for which an employee, worker or member of staff is responsible. Key Result Area or Key Responsibility Area is determined by the company or organization to evaluate, conclude and decide the individual's quantitative and qualitative analysis ability and skill for a particular job that is assigned to him/her.
