DLF is an abbreviation of Delhi Land and Finance. Delhi Land and Finance is one of the leading commercial real estate developers in India. In 1946, the company was established by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh. The head office of DLF is situated in New Delhi, India. The residential colonies in Delhi are builds by DLF up such as Shivaji Park, Rajouri Garden, Krishna Nagar, South Extension, Greater Kailash, and Haus Khas, etc.

DLF History

• In 1946, DLF was established and the first development project in which DLF was finished was a residential colony in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi in 1949.
• DLF has completed a lot of numerous projects in Delhi like south Delhi, Kailash Colony, Greater Kailash after the accomplishment of the Krishna Nagar project.
  The current chairman of DLF is Kushal Pal Singh.
• He was the 98th richest man in the world, according to the Forbes list of the richest billionaire in 2009.
• About 25 million sq feet of leased office space DLF has spread across Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Chandigarh.
• Every year, it makes annually about Rs 1950 crore.
