CPGA: Ceramic Pin Grid Array
CPGA is an abbreviation of "Ceramic Pin Grid Array". It is a pin grid array, which makes use of a ceramic substrate with pins organized in a pin grid array format and is fundamentally based on a category of packaging used by integrated circuits.
The integrated circuit packaging makes use of the size of a square or rectangular through-hole ceramic package, in which pins or leads are organized in a square array at the foundation base of the body of the package.
