• In 1876, through the invention of the telephone by Alexander Graham Bell the history of AT & T started. In 1877, Alexander Graham Bell and his financial supporters, Gardiner Hubbard and Thomas Sanders established Bell Telephone Company after the invention of the telephone in 1876.
• In 1885, to create a long-distance telephone network, AT & T was integrated as a supplementary subordinate of Bell Telephone Company.
• In 1889, the Bell was taken by AT & T and it became the parent company.
• In 1927, AT&T introduced a long-distance telephone facility to London.
• In 1956, AT&T wants to expand its services to Europe and therefore, it introduced the submarine cable service.
