Submitted by Nidhi, on December 04, 2021

Problem Solution:

In this program, we will perform Logical "AND" and Logical "OR" operations using logical operators and print results.

Program/Source Code:

The source code to demonstrate the logical operators is given below. The given program is compiled and executed on UBUNTU 18.04 successfully.

# Ruby program to demonstrate
# the logical operators

num1 = 5
num2 = 2

puts("Logical AND: ",num1==5 && num2==2)
puts("Logical OR : ",num1==5 || num2==2)
puts("Logical AND: ",num1==4 && num2==2)
puts("Logical OR : ",num1==2 || num2==5)

Output:

Logical AND:
true
Logical OR :
true
Logical AND:
false
Logical OR :
false

Explanation:

In the above program, we created two variables num1, num2 that are initialized with 5, 2 respectively. Then we performed logical "AND" and logical "OR" operations using logical operators and printed the result.
