C# - Leap Years From 1900 To 1950

To understand the program of leap year, first we should understand the concept of leap year.

What is Leap Year?

A year which follow below conditions is known as leap year:

A year, which is divisible by 4 but not divisible by 100, is known as leap year.
A year, which is divisible by 4, 100 and 400, is known as leap year.
A year, which is divisible by 4, 100 but not divisible by 400 is not a leap year.

For example:

1604 is a leap year.
1605 is not a leap year.
1600 is a leap year.
1900 is not a leap year.
