Many friends often ask me "How can you be so fit even after spending 12+ hours in front of the laptop?" I smile, but there is nothing much to say.
Today when I was going to the office, there was heavy traffic; I was getting bored by sitting on back seat of the Car. Then, I decided I should share "How do I keep myself fit?"
Firstly, I want to let you know that I work 9AM to 6PM in the office, and then I work from 10 PM to 2 AM daily. Remaining time I spend in going home to office and office to home, cooking and doing few other things.
I am sharing my daily regime and those "few other things" I do to stay fit and healthy.
1) Brisk walk for around 5000 feet (Consider your one moving ahead step as one foot only)
I really don't have any time to go the gym to exercise regularly. When I am free, I walk and count one, two, three, and four...
I keep a count of how many feet I have covered. As I reached the office, before entering my cabin I again covered around 1000 feet, then cover some more during lunch , evening and after dinner.
Don't forget to walk around 2000 feet for five minutes after dinner. These 2000 feet help you to digest your dinner.
2) Avoid using Lift
I live on the fifth floor since last three years and never use lift except for few days in a year. When my grandpa comes I use a lift to spend quality time with him.
Just imagine there are 80 stairs to reach my flat. In a day I go outside minimum two times, then total stairs climbed will be 80*4= 320, in a month it will be 320*30= 9600 and in a year it will be 115200. This is the best and secret tip to fit; I use 115200 stairs in a year.
So avoid the lift, always use stairs at home, office, metro stations, and shopping malls. Definitely, you will stay fit.
3) Drink two glasses of fresh water hourly
I read on the internet, we should drink minimum three litres of water in a day, but I drink two glasses of water every hour. If I drink water hourly until12 hours, it will be 24 glasses of water. Each glass contains 300 ml, hence in a day if you drink 300ml*2*12 it will be 7.2 litters of water. Just imagine you will be drinking 7.2 litres of water per day.
There are the few benefits of drinking more water: It could aid weight loss, it powers our warm-weather exercise, it keeps things moving, digestion-wise, it helps endurance athletes fight fatigue, it might protect against some types of cancer, it can improve mood, it keeps our kidneys working, and it energizes us.

Remember not to drink water before and after 30 minutes of breakfast, lunch or dinner.
4) Don’t sit more than an hour
I never sit more than an hour on a chair, I usually stand-up within 30 to 45 minutes go to the washroom, clean my face and drink water. If you sit longer in the same position you can develop many diseases like heart problems, backbone problems, digestion problems. So, I would suggest never sit in same position longer (if possible stand up and walk few minutes after every 30 or 45 minutes).
Follow all the points above you will have a better health.
Have fresh and heavy breakfast; you can include Milk, dry fruits, and fruits. I would recommend take healthy and heavy breakfast.
Take a normal lunch.
Don't take heavy dinner; last meal of the day should be light.
