Problem Solution:

In this program, we will create a string and trim the string from the right side using rstrip() method and print the updated string.

Program/Source Code:

The source code to trim a string from the right side is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

# Ruby program to trim a string
# from the right side

str = " Hello ";

tStr = str.rstrip();

print "Right Trimmed string: [",tStr,"]";

Output:

Right Trimmed string: [ Hello]

Explanation:

In the above program, we created a string str initialized with "Hello". Then we used the rstrip() method to trim the string from the right side and return the updated string. After that, we print an updated string.
